Sorting Accuracy

YJ-INTL engineered an automated Pick-to-Light (PTL) smart put wall system for high-density e-commerce multi-item order consolidation. Featuring hands-free wireless barcode scanners, real-time LED light modules, dual-sided bin status indicators, and integrated packaging stations, the system boosts order sorting efficiency while achieving 99.9% accuracy.
Fulfillment Operations Director, E-Commerce Logistics Center"Implementing YJ-INTL's Pick-to-Light put wall system transformed our peak season fulfillment operations. The combination of visual LED prompts and rear packing stations eliminated order mixing completely. Temp operators get up to speed within minutes, and our order consolidation speed has tripled while maintaining a 99.9% accuracy rate across all multi-item orders."

System Uptime Reliability

As e-commerce order volumes surge and order structures become increasingly multi-SKU, fulfillment centers face massive operational bottlenecks during peak promotional seasons. Batch picking allows warehouse staff to pick items for dozens of orders simultaneously, but consolidating those items into individual customer orders quickly and accurately is a major operational challenge.
Manual order consolidation often suffers from misplaced items, slow processing speeds, and intensive labor requirements. YJ-INTL (Yingjie Technology) deployed a high-density, multi-bin Pick-to-Light (PTL) put wall system specifically tailored for e-commerce order sortation and packing operations.
The YJ-INTL Smart Put Wall System combines intuitive visual light guidance with seamless WMS/WCS hardware integration:

The deployment of YJ-INTL's Pick-to-Light put wall system transformed customer fulfillment centers from error-prone manual operations into streamlined, data-driven order consolidation hubs.

When an operator scans an item's barcode using a wireless scanner, the system communicates with the WMS/WCS and instantly illuminates the LED light module at the designated put wall bin, displaying the exact quantity required.
Yes. The put wall system features a double-sided rack design. Induction operators sort picked batch items into bins from the front side, while packing operators pull completed orders from the rear side and pack them at attached packing tables.
Once all items for an order arrive in a bin, the rear status light signals the packer. Upon pulling the items, the packer presses the confirmation button on the bin, which updates the system in real time and releases the slot for a new order.
YJ-INTL put wall systems support standard REST APIs, TCP/IP, and WebSockets protocols, allowing smooth integration with various third-party WMS, WCS, and ERP software.
