Cutting Edge Turning Machine
The Cutting Edge Turning Machine is used for the transitional conveying of smal-sized products, preventing products from getting stuck during the transition between two conveyors. The knife -type turner is suitable as auxiliary equl pment for conveying lines handling smal-sized products with dimensions 220x20 mm, such as food, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and chemical products.

Roller Turn Machine
The roller turner, also known as a tumer roller conveyor, faclitates seamless integration with filtration systems; it can be combinedwith multiple roller conveyors, other conveying equipment, or specialized machinery to fom complex logistics conveying systems and distribution/convergence systems, enabling the fulfllment of various process requirements and offering extensive applications.

Chain Turning Machine
The chain turner is our company's most distinctive product line within the turner series. The edge of the cured conveyor belt on this machine is perforated and fitted with metal clamps that connect directy to the drive chain. The inner side of the outer arc of the machine's frame features a speclalized track mechanism, allowing the chain to operate at high speeds along the track, thereby driving the rotation of the conveyor belt. This design effectively meets both low-noise and high-speed, heaw-load requirements, making it widely applicable in the logistics sector.

No-radius turning machine
The Inner-Radius-Free Curved Belt Conveyor is designed for conveyor layouts where a conventional curved conveyor would require too much inner turning space. Its special conveying structure uses two independently driven belt layers that are nested and connected through spiral hook elements, creating an interlocking guide path for the turning section.

Guide-Wheel Turning Machine
The YJ-INTL Guide Roller Belt Curve Conveyor is designed to change the conveying direction of cartons, packages and other unit loads while maintaining continuous belt transport. Unlike a straight belt conveyor, the curved configuration allows materials to follow a controlled turning path without requiring a separate transfer between two straight conveyor sections. Guide rollers are arranged along the belt edge to provide lateral guidance and help maintain belt alignment during operation. The conveyor can be configured with 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° or 180° turning angles , with custom angles available from approximately 30° to 180° . Belt widths from 200 to 1,200 mm are available, with wider configurations up to approximately 2,000 mm possible according to the supplied specification.

Curved Belt Conveyor for Flexible Material Routing
The Curved Belt Conveyor is designed to change the direction of product flow while maintaining continuous belt conveying. It provides a practical way to route cartons, packages and other unit loads around corners, equipment or working areas without breaking the material flow into separate conveyor sections. Its modular curved structure allows conveyor layouts to be adapted to available floor space and ongoing production or warehouse processes. Depending on the required layout, curved sections can be combined to create different turning directions and conveyor routes, including turns of up to 180° .

Parcel Anti-overlapping System
Centered on an intelligent integrated camera system and powered by proprietary control algorithms, the solution identifies the status of parcels on the conveyor belt and controls their differential-speed movement and descent; this effectively de-stacks accumulated parcels and ensures their orderly delivery to downstream sorting systems.

Parcel Singulator for Single-Piece Parcel Feeding
The Parcel Singulator is designed to convert a dense or irregular incoming parcel stream into a more controlled single-piece flow before scanning, DWS measurement or automated sorting. When parcels arrive too close together, overlap partially or enter the conveyor in groups, downstream equipment may have difficulty identifying and tracking individual items. The singulator creates a more defined separation between packages so that each parcel can enter the next process independently. The product material identifies a reference processing capacity of up to 8,000 pieces/hour and a reference single-piece separation recognition rate of up to 99.9% for the shown configuration. Actual performance depends on parcel characteristics and system design.

Straight Flexible Roller Conveyor for Carton Transfer
The Straight Flexible Roller Conveyor is the linear configuration of the flexible roller conveyor range, designed for direct material transfer between two working points. Its straight conveying path makes it suitable for loading, unloading, warehouse transfer and temporary material-handling operations where products need to move in a consistent forward direction. The mobile frame and flexible structure allow the conveyor to be repositioned according to changing work locations. Compared with curved configurations, the straight type focuses on direct transfer distance, simple deployment and efficient connection between two points .

O-Type Flexible Roller Conveyor for 360° Material Circulation
The O-Type Flexible Roller Conveyor is the circular configuration of the flexible roller conveyor family, designed for applications where materials need to move around a central working area rather than follow a single straight route. Its curved arrangement creates a continuous loop-like conveying path that can be used to connect multiple workstations, redirect cartons or organize material flow around a production or warehouse zone. Compared with the Straight Type, the O-Type focuses on circulation, redirection and space utilization around a central area .

Telescopic Roller Conveyor for Flexible Loading & Unloading
The Telescopic Roller Conveyor is a flexible material-handling solution designed for loading, unloading and short-distance transfer of cartons and packaged goods. Its extendable roller structure allows the conveyor to reach deeper into loading areas, while the mobile frame and adjustable height make it easier to position according to different working conditions. The configuration shown in the product material includes adjustable conveyor height, 500/600/700/800 mm conveyor width options, motor-driven rollers and four caster wheels with brakes , providing a practical solution for warehouses, distribution centers and loading areas where fixed conveyor lines are difficult to deploy.
